Our process

What to do before your appointment

We take every possible precaution to ensure the safety of our patients, our staff, and our clinic visitors. 


Due to the nature of the illness and how much we continue to learn about it, our processes may change to align with national health guidelines and measures to ensure safety at all times. 


Here are some precautionary measures our clinics follow at the moment:

Prior to your appointment:

  • We have a questionnaire that must be completed 48 hours before your arrival if you haven’t received the vaccine or if someone you live with or met recently has tested positive. If the latter is the case, you will need to take a PCR test on the day.
  • If you, or someone you have come into contact with, are displaying symptoms or feeling ill, please call our clinic and let us know. Refrain from visiting a clinic in person until you reach out to us via telephone.
  • Please do not arrive too early for your appointment. This is a measure we have put in place to cut down on the number of people you may be exposed to and limit the number of visitors in our clinics at any one time.

We know how difficult this period can be; however, we kindly request all individuals who book an appointment to attend that appointment alone. This is part of our efforts to keep visitors at our clinics at a minimum to reduce the risk of possible exposure or infection.

At your appointment:

  • Please bring a mask.
  • Any person acting in a manner that may put themselves and others at risk may be asked by a member of staff to adhere to the measures we have put in place for the protection of all.

Fill in our COVID-19 screening questionnaire prior to your appointment

This questionnaire is only relevant to those who have not received the vaccine or if someone you live with or met recently tested positive for COVID-19. If the latter is the case, you will need to complete a PCR test on the day.
